The best way to investigate errors with this would be to use the logging ability of the message dispatch control panel.
This will only log when the application is open. Best steps to check this are:
- Open the message dispatch control panel
- Ensure the logging is enabled on the home screen.
- Navigate to the "Output" tab.
- Begin triggering emails and ensure that the email you are triggering will be sent to a recipient with an email address in their profile and the message is enabled in the Administration module.
- An error should be displayed in the output panel a few seconds after attempting to send the email.
