Who is this article for?Administrators responsible for managing Interested Parties.
Interested Parties Admin group membership is needed.
As Interested Parties can include any business, organisation or group that you interact with it is important to keep them classified with an appropriate type so you know what each party is. There is no right or wrong way to categorise an interested party and the right approach is the one that fits your organisation best.
Example: Most organisations will use the Interested Parties module to manage their customers and suppliers, however you can also use this to store information on regulatory groups, partners or investors.
