Within Q-Pulse Cloud the Issue module is where you are able to raise records for the logging and also handling of a variety of issues and processes, from Non-Conformances and Customer complaints to Change control and Accident / Incident reporting.
This article is split into two sections:
1. How to View the Issue List
To view the issues list you wil need to:
- Navigate to Home, then Issues and then, Issue List. You will see a page as per the screenshot below:
- From here, you are able to Export the list, Create an issue record or filter your search further using the filter options at the top of the page.
- Using the Options button you can do the following options below:

View | Select to view the issue details screen |
Edit | Select to enter the issues details edit screen |
2. How to View an Issues Record Details
To view the details of the Issue record:
- Navigate to Home, then Issues and then Issue List.
- Select the View from the Options button.
- The details screen will list all key details for the issue including its status, issue type, associated items tab and any custom fields. Furthermore, you can view the activity log for the record and leave a comment.
The details screen is read only and therefore all fields will be greyed out and not be able to be edited.
