While performing your audit you will likely encounter the need to raise a finding. This article provide details on how to raise a finding from an audit.
This article is split into three sections:
1. Raise a Finding on a Questionnaire
To raise a finding on a questionnaire:
- Open your audit record and go to the Questionnaire tab.
- Mark a question as not compliant.
- Click on the Actions button and then select Raise Finding.
- Select the finding type and fill in the required details.
- Click Save.
Reminder: You can only add a finding to a question if the audit is in progress.
2. Raise a Finding Directly
To raise a finding directly on the audit:
- Open your audit record and go to the Findings tab.
- Click Raise Finding.
- Select the finding type and fill in the required details.
- Click Save.
