Within Q-Pulse Cloud the Training module is where all your records of your company's training are stored on your system. From this section, you can search through and subsequently manage all training records.
Please note the course records you can view in the list will be dependent upon your permissions.
This article is split into the following sections:
1. How to View the Records List
To view the Records list:
- Navigate to Home then, Training and then Records List. You should be presented with a screen similar to the one shown below. From here you will be able to filter the list either by searching for the course title or using the 'add criteria' option to filter via a number of options for the relevant records you wish to see.
2. Click on the title of any record from the list to view the training record details.
2. Actions
From the Records List page, you are able to perform multiple actions by selecting the appropriate option at the top of the list as shown in red in the image below:
Those options are:

Create |
Select this to create a record for a new training record |
Export |
Select this to export the list screen as an Excel table |
3. List Functions
On the Records List for each course record, there is also the Options icon located at the end of each record row, click this icon will show the options on how you can interact with the record.
The record options are:

View | Select to view the course record details screen |
Edit | Select to enter the course records details edit screen |
