Training Manager group membership is needed.
There are several reminder settings with the training module which you can use for your training records for the Training Module. Within this article we will be discussing how each setting works and how to use the settings.
This article will be split into the following sections:
1. Reminder Settings
To Navigate to the reminder settings you will need to access Home, then, Training, and then Settings. You will be taken to the training settings page as per the image below:
Use training reminders:
The first option you have is to toggle the reminders on or off - this will be dependent on what your company requires. Switching this off, will not allow you to use any of the further options in the settings.
Training reminder count
This option will allow you to set how many reminders for wish to send for a course record.
Training reminder interval
This option will allow you to set the number of days between each reminder being sent,
2. Audit Trail
There is also the option on the Training settings page to view the audit trail. This can be found under the drop down option and selecting Audit Trail. This will open the training settings audit trail results and show any changes that have been made to the training settings. You can filter the changes by dates/times and if required, you are able to export the audit trail into a PDF.
